We are hiring someone to manage and grow our Upwork business development specifically for eCommerce services (Shopify, CRO, UX, conversion-focused work). Your role is simple: find qualified leads, communicate value clearly, and close deals.
This is a sales role with strong commission potential.
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
If you do not meet these, you will not pass the first interview:
- Minimum 3 years managing an Upwork account (sending proposals, client chats, closing deals).
- Experience selling eCommerce services (Shopify, CRO, web dev, Amazon, etc.).
- Understands customer psychology and can convert leads into paying clients.
Good to Have
- Basic technical understanding of eCommerce (Shopify, Webflow, Woocommerce and how ecommerce works i.e: Logistics etc)
- Experience working with agencies or high-ticket services

Compensation
- Salary: Based on experience
