Job Description:
Keach Technologies is looking for a professional and confident Upwork Closer / Client Conversion Specialist to convert warm Upwork leads into high-ticket animation projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands client needs, can shape project scope, and confidently close deals while maintaining strong client satisfaction and platform performance.

You will take over conversations once a lead responds, manage the sales process end-to-end, and coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth handoffs.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of warm leads and initiate client communication
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable animation solutions
• Define project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Negotiate pricing and close deals confidently
• Guide clients through the hiring and onboarding process
• Maintain professional communication to support 95–100% Job Success Score (JSS)
• Set clear expectations regarding project outcomes and timelines
• Coordinate with the animation and production teams

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Proven experience closing creative or animation projects
• Strong understanding of animation workflows and deliverables
• Ability to negotiate confidently and handle objections
• Highly organized and client-focused
