Noorusoft is seeking proactive and results-driven Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr / PPH / LinkedIn / Facebook Bidders / Digital Media Sales Executives to join our team and help us acquire new clients through online freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, LinkedIn and other platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the bidding process, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying quality projects.

Office Locations:

  • Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, Main Road, Below NIPA Flyover, Karachi
  • DHA Phase 5, Main 26th Street (Above KFC) Karachi

Office Shift Timing (Monday to Friday):

  • 10 am to 7 pm (Day)
  • 3 pm to 12 am (Afternoon)
  • 9 pm to 6 am (Night)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, PPH, Fiverr, Facebook or other platforms (either international or local)
  • Customize proposals according to client requirements.
  • Maintain daily bidding quota and follow up on submitted proposals.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Schedule meetings or demos with interested clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals are accurate and feasible.
  • Track and report bidding performance and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Facebook, PPH or similar platforms as Bidder or in a similar role such as Business Development, Sales of digital media services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of freelance platforms and bidding strategies.
  • Ability to write compelling and customized proposals.
  • Basic understanding of services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, Social Media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Affiliate Marketing, Design, or Digital Marketing.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience working in an IT or digital services company.
  • Plus point: Experience of lead generation through LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Cold Calling and email outreach.
