Upwork & Freelancer Sales Representative

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales excuttive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Upwork & Frelancer platforms and the ability to identify and engage potential clients. You will be responsible for bidding Graphic & Web projects, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Candinate has their own Upwork or Freelancer IDs will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant Graphic & Web projects on platforms such as Twiter, Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain and build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
• Track and report on sales activities, including leads, bids, and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and bidding strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Upwork & Freelancer sales.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and how they can be leveraged for business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for achieving targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
