Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bidding on design, animation, and web development projects on platforms like Upwork.

You should be comfortable communicating with international clients, crafting winning proposals, and closing deals that align with monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively bid on design, animation, and web development projects on Upwork.
• Craft customized, well-written proposals tailored to client needs.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Generate leads, negotiate pricing and timelines, and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Ensure proper handover of projects to the production team for smooth execution.
• Maintain and update the Upwork profile, staying aligned with platform policies and best practices.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding, preferably in design, animation, or web development domains.
• Strong understanding of the Upwork dashboard, proposal strategy, and platform policies.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to write professional, compelling proposals that convert into projects.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for client acquisition and business growth.
• Ability to work independently during night shift hours (8 PM – 5 AM).
