Upwork Sales Bidder

We’re looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base on Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms.

Location: Sindhi Muslim Block A, Karachi

Working Hours: 9 PM – 6 AM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Search and bid for relevant video editing and creative projects on Upwork and Fiverr.
• Write engaging, customized proposals that convert leads into clients.
• Communicate with prospects, understand their requirements, and negotiate pricing.
• Maintain a strong bid-to-win ratio through data-driven performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
• Identify new sales opportunities beyond Upwork and Fiverr.

Requirements

• Male candidates only
• 1+ year of experience in Upwork / Fiverr bidding or client acquisition
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Confident proposal writing and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with video editing or post-production services is a plus
• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and goal-oriented
• Karachi-based and available for night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
