Position: Upwork Sales Closer
Job Role:
•Take full ownership of the sales closing process, from initial outreach to deal finalization.
•Engage and convert leads generated through digital marketing channels, referrals, and Upwork proposals.
•Maintain professional communication with prospects via calls, video meetings, emails, and Upwork messaging.
•Understand client needs deeply and communicate the company’s value proposition effectively.
•Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
•Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.
•Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities in CRM or relevant platforms.
•Follow up with prospects promptly and ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience throughout the sales journey.
