Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karāchi for an Upwork Sales Closer. The Sales Closer will be responsible for engaging potential clients through the Upwork platform, managing communication, and ensuring successful deal closures. Daily tasks include pitching agency services, negotiating terms, building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and effectively handling escrow processes to ensure smooth transactions.


Qualifications


  • Strong verbal and written Communication skills and the ability to connect effectively with potential clients
  • Experience in Closings and Deal Closure within a services or sales environment
  • Proven Customer Service expertise with an emphasis on client satisfaction
  • Knowledge and experience in managing Escrow processes for transactions
  • Proactive approach with excellent negotiation and interpersonal capabilities
  • Understanding of the Upwork platform and online sales processes
  • Ability to work on-site in Karāchi and collaborate within a team environment
  • Previous experience in sales, freelancing platforms, or digital services will be considered a strong advantage
