Upwork Sales Executive (Freshers)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Upwork Sales Executive to join our team. Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and willingness to learn business development and client handling.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Communicate with clients professionally
• Submit proposals and follow up with potential clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team
• Maintain client relationships and sales records
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Graduate candidates are preferred
• Freshers can apply
• Calling experience will be considered a plus point
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Upwork or freelancing platforms is a plus
• Strong learning attitude and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Details:

• Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
• Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 6, Karachi
• Pick and Drop service available for females on specific routes
• Salary+ Commission
• Training will be provided
