Position: Senior Sales Executive (Upwork – Agency Sales)

Location: P.E.C.H.S Karachi | Onsite

Role Overview

The Senior Salesperson for Upwork will manage and grow the company’s agency account, secure high‑value projects, and maintain strong relationships with international clients. The candidate must have proven experience selling through an Upwork agency account, not just an individual profile.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s Upwork agency account to drive new business.
• Identify, bid, and close high‑value Upwork projects aligned with company services.
• Present and explain company services, including 2D, 3D projects, video editing, and AI content creation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are properly understood and executed.
• Attend client meetings and discussions, both virtually and in person.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets (evidence required).
• Prepare weekly performance and sales reports for management.
• Guide clients through the project process from initial discussion to final delivery.

Required Experience

• 2–3 years of experience selling on Upwork agency accounts (mandatory).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets (candidate must provide an experience letter and proof of results).
• Experience closing medium to large projects in animation, design, development, marketing, or similar creative fields.

Skills Required

• Strong proposal writing and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, and profile optimization.
• Ability to negotiate confidently with international clients.
• Good understanding of 2D, 3D production, video editing, and AI-related workflows.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.

Preferred

• Experience working in a creative agency environment.
• Understanding of AI‑driven tools for content and communication.
