Job Title: Upwork Specialist

Location: Gulshan-e-Jamal, Karachi
Shift Timings:
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM OR 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Upwork Specialist to manage and grow our presence on freelancing platforms, primarily Upwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, submitting high-quality proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients.

This role requires strong communication, sales, and client-handling skills, along with a proactive approach to achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Write customized, high-converting proposals tailored to client requirements
• Communicate with international clients to understand project scope
• Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
• Track bids, responses, and conversion rates
• Meet monthly revenue targets ($3,000 – $5,000)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding or freelancing platforms
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Excellent proposal writing and communication skills
• Understanding of freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT/software house or digital services company
• Knowledge of services like web development, mobile apps, design, or digital marketing
• Portfolio or proof of successful projects closed

Education:

• Intermediate to Bachelor’s (Undergraduates may apply if experienced/skilled)

Compensation:

• Basic Salary + Attractive Commission Structure
• Performance-based incentives tied to revenue generation
