We’re Hiring: High-ROI Upwork Bidder + Sales Closer (On-site – Karachi)

Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi (Onsite Role)

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

Salary: 50,000 PKR+ (Upwards) + Commission

We are hiring a high-performance Upwork Bidder / Appointment Setter / Sales Closer who can win premium American clients and grow with a fast-scaling eCommerce agency.

Role Overview

This is not a basic bidding role.

You will own the full client acquisition pipeline:

• Upwork Lead Generation
• High-ROI Proposal Submission
• Appointment Booking
• Video Call Closing with American Clients

Key Responsibilities

Submit high-converting proposals that win premium projects

Identify high-ticket eCommerce opportunities on Upwork

Maintain strong client communication and follow-ups

Book discovery calls with American business owners

Close deals confidently on Zoom/video calls

Track KPIs and continuously optimize bidding strategy

Ideal Candidate Traits

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in Upwork bidding with strong ROI
• Skilled in appointment setting and sales closing
• Comfortable speaking with American clients on video calls
• Fluent in spoken English (must-have)
• Highly detail-oriented in proposals and communication
