Job Description:

• Lead and support urban planning and policy advisory projects for large-scale and city-wide developments.
• Develop and review masterplans, urban strategies, and land-use plans.
• Provide strategic planning recommendations to clients (government entities, developers, and stakeholders).
• Advise on urban policies, regulations, zoning, and development guidelines.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including authorities, consultants,developers to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare planning reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Support decision-making processes at strategic and policy levels.
• Integrate sustainability and smart city concepts into urban planning projects.
• Utilize GIS and spatial analysis tools to support planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, planning standards, and development frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field
• 10 min. years of experience in urban planning and policy advisory
• Proven experience in large-scale / city-wide developments
• Experience working in PMC / consultancy environments.
• Strong background in master planning and urban strategy development
• Experience in policy frameworks, regulations, and zoning guidelines
• Exposure to infrastructure-related or large-scale developments
