Urdu Lecturer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver online and/or recorded Urdu lectures for Classes 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th.
• Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, presentations, and study materials.
• Develop and review educational content in accordance with the relevant curriculum and board requirements.
• Conduct assessments, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student performance.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Collaborate with the academic and content development teams to improve course quality.
• Stay updated with curriculum changes and educational trends.
• Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and institutional activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Urdu, Urdu Literature, or a related field (M.A./M.Phil. preferred).
• B.Ed./M.Ed. qualification will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at secondary and higher secondary levels.
• Experience in online teaching or EdTech platforms will be preferred.

• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and learning management systems.
• Ability to create engaging and student-centered learning experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
