Urgent ATP Required Houston TX - Contract (Complex Rehab Wheelchair Evaluation)

Job Description: (URGENT)

The Hub Connection LLC is seeking an experienced Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to perform Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) wheelchair evaluations for patients throughout the Houston and Katy area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ATP looking for flexible, per-diem work. Evaluations will primarily be conducted at patients' homes, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare settings.

The ATP will work alongside our team to assess patient mobility needs, recommend appropriate seating and positioning solutions, and assist in determining the most suitable complex rehab wheelchair configurations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) evaluations.

Assess patient mobility, seating, positioning, pressure management, and functional needs.

Take accurate measurements and recommend appropriate wheelchair configurations.

Evaluate and recommend features such as power tilt, recline, elevating leg rests, custom seating, and pressure-relief cushions.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and DME providers.

Provide detailed documentation and recommendations.

Assist with product selection for Quantum Rehab/Pride Mobility.

Qualifications:

Current ATP certification through RESNA (required).

Experience with Complex Rehab Technology evaluations and wheelchair seating.

Knowledge of Quantum Rehab/Pride Mobility.

Strong communication and patient assessment skills.

Ability to travel within the Houston and Katy areas.

Experience working with nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and home-based patients preferred.
