Urgent Business Development Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive responsible for client acquisition, lead generation, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets while supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and schedule client appointments
  • Coordinate with clients for manpower requirements and follow-ups
  • Conduct client visits for relationship management and business development
  • Handle candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Maintain candidate database and records
  • Prepare and process European visa application forms accurately
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently based on business needs
  • Submit daily work reports as per company format

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, email, reporting tools)
  • Experience in recruitment and candidate coordination
  • Familiarity with visa documentation and processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Transferable Iqama required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in recruitment or manpower consultancy
  • Multilingual candidates (Arabic, English; Tagalog is a plus)
