Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Providers work autonomously as the sole clinical provider, managing acute and episodic patient care with established protocols and support staff.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating patients, performing procedures (e.g., lacerations, wound care), ordering tests, prescribing medications, and documenting in EMR.
The clinic is fully equipped, supporting efficient workflow with an average of 3–4 patients/hour. Schedule includes 3 shifts/week, rotating weekends, with no on-call duties; additional hours are available with extra pay.
Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), PTO, malpractice coverage, student loan assistance, and CME allowance.
