Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for full-time, on-site urgent care in North Carolina.

Providers work independently as the sole clinician, managing acute and episodic patient care with support from established protocols, a dedicated team, and access to clinical leadership.

Clinical duties include assessing, diagnosing, treating urgent conditions, performing procedures like laceration repair, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and patient education.

The practice environment supports about 3–4 patients/hour with fully equipped clinics, EMR systems, and efficient workflows.

The schedule involves 3 shifts/week (12 hours), rotating weekends, with no on-call duties. Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with benefits including insurance, 401(k), paid time off, CME allowance, and career growth opportunities.
