We are expanding our urgent care services and are seeking a skilled Urgent Care Physician who values efficiency, autonomy, and excellent patient care.

About the Role

You will provide walk-in and same-day care for patients with acute, non-life-threatening conditions.

Our office team manages scheduling, billing, and front-desk operations — allowing you to focus on clinical care.

This role is ideal for a physician seeking flexible hours, a steady patient flow, and a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with acute illnesses and minor injuries
Perform physical exams, order and interpret labs and imaging as needed
Diagnose and manage common urgent care conditions
Provide wound care, minor procedures, and basic trauma management
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff for smooth patient flow

Requirements

Active Illinois medical license (MD) — required
Board eligible or board certified preferred
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (urgent care, ER, or primary care preferred)
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
