NP/PA - Urgent Care Opportunity - Camp Hill, PennsylvaniaPosition Overview:Status: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive health assessments and review patient records Order appropriate lab, radiology, and diagnostic studies Formulate diagnoses, initiate therapy, and refer as needed Provide emergency stabilization (e.g., cardiac arrest, shock, allergic reactions, etc.) Educate patients and families on health care management and promotion Perform other duties as assignedQualifications: Certification: ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA - Required 1+ year of ER or Urgent Care experience preferred Will consider new grads No visa candidates Licensure: Active PA or NP license in Pennsylvania - Required DEA & State Controlled Substance License - Required Strong communication, multitasking, and independent clinical decision-making skills Professional appearance and demeanorCompensation & Benefits: Full-Time Benefits Package includes: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan PTO: Up to 21 days annuallyNext Steps:Allow RecruitWell to schedule a call between you and the hiring organization to learn more.RecruitWell's Core Values: Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness

- Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday/Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Total Hours: 78 hours bi-weekly
