Are you a dynamic and result-oriented professional? We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team and drive strategic partnerships with Developers and Builders in Pune.
Role & Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research and surveys to identify target groups and emerging opportunities.
Develop a strong understanding of real estate market trends, pricing structures, and regulatory requirements in Pune & PCMC.
Prepare detailed reports on Developers/Builders across Pune.
Formulate and execute effective Business Development strategies.
Identify and approach potential Developers in the market.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with Developers/Builders.
Lead and deliver impactful Business Opportunity presentations.
Schedule and conduct meetings with Developers.
Present the company profile effectively to acquire Developer projects.
Ensure daily updates and accurate data management in spreadsheets.
Travel extensively across Pune City and PCMC for client meetings and site visits.
Demonstrate a proven track record of identifying and closing profitable land deals.
Experience Required
6–8 years of experience in Direct Sales (other industries) with strong BD exposure.
Required Candidate Profile
Fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach.
Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
Must own a vehicle and be ready to travel as per client requirements.
Proficient in preparing reports and documentation.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
