Urgent Hiring Estimation Engineer Mechanical

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparing tenders as per the tender specification and drawings.
• Quantity take-offs and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tender submissions.
• Preparing the variation based on changes between tender design to IFC design & RFI.
• Monitor the project expenses vs project budget.
• Preparing the material submittals, shop drawings for consultant approval.
• Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients/subcontractors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Pre/Post tender works – variation & valuation.
• Strong knowledge of MEP system projects.
• Gulf experience in construction field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD400.000 - BD600.000 per month
