Position

Female Academic Supervisor (Remote)

Salary

PKR 12,000-15,000 Per Shift (Fixed)

Available Shifts

UK Shift: 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT)
USA Shift: 2:00 AM – 8:00 AM (PKT)
Canada Shift: 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM (PKT)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise live online Quran classes.
• Monitor teachers' attendance and punctuality.
• Ensure class quality and professionalism.
• Handle teacher-related concerns.
• Prepare daily performance reports.
• Coordinate with the academic management team.
• Ensure academy policies are properly followed.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Laptop with stable internet connection.
• Electricity backup is compulsory.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Zoom/Meet).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Candidates

✔ Teaching, HR, Administration, or Management experience
✔ Previous Online Quran Academy experience (preferred but not mandatory)
✔ Immediate availability
✔ Long-term commitment
