Urgent Hiring – AR Caller (Experienced)
Location: Ahmedabad | Night Shift (US Process)

We’re hiring AR Callers with 6 months or more experience in U.S. medical billing.
Must have basic knowledge of AR follow-up & denials
Good English communication required
Night shift only

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Follow up with U.S. insurance companies on unpaid or denied claims.
• Review patient accounts and update claim status accurately in the system.
• Identify and resolve claim issues to ensure timely payments.
• Communicate effectively with insurance representatives.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate with the billing team for claim corrections or re-submissions.
