Location: Nashik

Knowledge of the Ambad and Satpur MIDC areas is an advantage.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Non-BOM Purchase Executive from a manufacturing industry, to manage procurement activities for non-bill of material (Non-BOM) items, such as consumables, indirect materials, office supplies, services, and other essential resources. The role requires strong vendor management, negotiation skills, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of Non-BOM items (consumables, tools, PPE, office supplies, IT assets, MRO items, etc.).
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective sourcing.Ensure timely procurement while adhering to budget and quality standards.
• Manage purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries.
• Maintain and update vendor database; develop alternate suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels for indirect materials and initiate replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on purchase activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase (Non-BOM/Indirect materials) from a manufacturing unit.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of ERP / SAP / MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
