Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lessons aligned with curriculum standards, ensuring clarity and engagement for diverse learners
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment
• Support students in setting achievable goals and encourage active participation
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop new teaching resources and improve programme content
• Keep accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student achievements
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities

• Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on individual student needs
• A passion for education and continuous personal development
• Prior experience with digital learning tools or virtual platforms is a plus but not mandatory
