Science Teacher (Grades V–VIII)

• Education: Bachelor’s in Science (B.Sc.) with strong core in Physics/Chemistry/Biology; B.Ed. (or pursuing).
• Experience: 1–3 years teaching upper primary/middle school science; strong classroom management.
• Familiarity with NEP 2020, CCE practices, and differentiated instruction.
• Basic data tracking of student progress; parent communication routines.

Academic Coordinator (Grades I–VIII)

• Education: Bachelor’s with B.Ed.; Master’s in Education/subject preferred.
• Experience: 3–5+ years teaching plus 1–2 years in grade-level lead/coordination or similar role.
• Curriculum: Strong understanding of primary and middle school curricula, scope & sequence, lesson planning frameworks, assessment design, and remediation planning.
• Leadership: Teacher mentoring, observation and feedback cycles, conducting PD sessions, timetable and exam planning.
• Operations: Academic calendar management, data analysis of results, documentation, compliance with board guidelines.
• Communication: Stakeholder management with teachers, parents, and leadership; clear written and verbal English.
