Job Summary

A reputed Ready Mix / Concrete company in Dubai is urgently hiring experienced technical professionals for plant operations and maintenance. Candidates must have hands-on experience in the ready mix or concrete industry and be capable of working in industrial environments.

Open Positions & Salary (AED)

• Plant Mechanic – AED 3,500
• Plant Electrician – AED 3,500 – 4,000
• Refrigeration Mechanic – AED 4,000
• Welder & Fabricator – AED 3,000
  
  

Key Responsibilities (General for All Roles)

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration systems.
• Ensure smooth plant operations and minimize downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
  
  

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Ready Mix / Concrete Industry.
• Gulf experience preferred.
• Ability to work in industrial and plant environments.
  
  

Working Hours

• Duty: 10 Hours per day + Overtime
• Working Days: 6 Days per week
