Vinsys Information Technology Inc. is seeking T wo IT Support Specialists for an upcoming U.S. Department of Justice engagement.

Locations: One position in Albany, NY and one in Syracuse, NY

Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite

Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required

Clearance: Must be able to pass a DOJ background investigation/Public Trust screening

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, hardware, software, mobile-device, printer, and user support.
• Troubleshoot Windows systems, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, and basic network issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computers and related equipment.
• Support password resets, user onboarding, training, ticketing, and equipment relocation.
• Assist with routers, switches, servers, video conferencing, phones, and peripherals.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum three years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows Desktop/Server and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong customer-service, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Apple iOS and mobility experience preferred.
