Qualification – B.Com/any Post Graduate in accounts.

Experience – 5-9- yrs.

Salary : As per industry norms.

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

· Export Accounts knowledge is must with excise duty, sales tax, service tax, stock valuation, banking transactions like buyers credit, letter of credit, etc.

· Management of petty cash transactions.

· Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.

· Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.

· Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate, entries into TALLY..

· Preparation of statutory accounts.

· Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.

· Assisting qualified Accountants with audits.

· Maintaining accounts system.

· Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues.

· Banking money and cheques received and issuing receipts as requested or needed.

· Processing credit card payments received.

· Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required.

· Payment of invoices and fees as required or otherwise instructed.

· Complete tax filings.

· Accounting Entries :-

- Purchase

- Sales

- Journal Entries

- Bank Receipts & Payments

• Knowledge of TDS, Individual Income Tax
• Knowledge of TDS Return filing
• GST calculation & payment
• Working Knowledge of Tally ERP
