Who are we? Honeybird Sandwiches & Donuts is a fast-casual concept specializing in gourmet donuts, breakfast sandwiches/tacos, and craft coffee. What will you be doing? You will be responsible for various tasks, including decorating donuts, making coffee/espresso drinks, expediting food, maintaining and keeping the store clean, and providing exceptional customer service. At Honeybird, we provide comprehensive cross-training for all roles within our business. It is imperative that candidates possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle guests and co-workers with finesse. Who are we looking for? We prefer someone who has at least 1 year of food service experience (either as barista, cook or cashier) What is the pay? Most positions start at $12/hr + tips. All staff receive working the shift receive tip pool and will be distributed every bi-weekly on payday. Total hourly pay ranges between $14-15/hr.
