K&M Last Mile LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Lead Driver Coordinator to join our Logistics Company in Orlando. This role combines both dispatching/training and on-road delivery responsibilities (with big emphasis on dispatching). The successful candidate must complete and pass driver training as part of the hiring process and be prepared to drive and deliver packages when needed by the company.

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to keeping our drivers safe and efficient on the road.

Pay & Benefits

Starting at $20.75/hour - Possibility to get up to $22.75.

Paid Training (Driver) : 16 hours (2 days).

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily delivery operations and ensure routes run smoothly and safely.

Monitor driver progress using company software and respond quickly to any issues on the road.

Open and close dispatch operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions.

Support drivers with routing, equipment, and on-road challenges.

Maintain open communication with management and team members.

Perform end-of-day fleet inspections and documentation.

Drive and deliver packages when required by the company.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a leadership role — ideally in a fast-paced, logistics, or delivery environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication skills (must be fluent in Spanish and English).

Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.

Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to coach and support others.

Computer proficient — comfortable using Word, Excel, and routing software.

Requirements

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Must be at least 21 years old.

Valid Florida Driver’s License.

Must complete and pass driver training prior to hire.

Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Able to work flexible hours, including one full shift 10 hours per week on weekends.

Schedule

Full-time position.

Morning and evening shifts available.

Must be available to work weekends.

You need to be prepared to go on the road when needed—delivering packages safely and efficiently while maintaining strong performance and customer satisfaction scores.
