A well reputed company in Bahrain looking for Rope Access SupervisorMINIMUM 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE- Collaborate with Project Manager on scope of work, work progress, scheduling, paperwork, and other details of the job site. - Working with the Project Manager to complete work scopes on time and within budget - Co&#8208;ordinates communication between the team, Project Manager, and client. - Managing and supervising your rope access teams to ensure safety and efficiency on site - Monitor, train and mentor new trainees. - Ensure all rope access operations are performed according to company standards, IRATA standards, and Work safe BC regulation.Strong knowledge of the IRATA Icop, TACS, and SPRAT Safe PracticesSALARY IS NEGOTIABLEDUTY 8 HRS/26 DAYS- CANDIDATE SHOULD BE IN BAHRAINJob Type: Full-timeLicense/Certification:<ul><li>Bahrain Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>
