A leading Manufacturing Company is Hiring HR/Admin Assistant to assist General Manager of the company. The following are the job requirements.
Job Details:
- Position Name: HR/Admin Assistant
- Salary: QR. 2500 to 3500 (As per work experience)

- Gender: Male
- Age Limit: Max 30 years
- Work experience: Min 5 years at same role
- Language: English (Read, write, and speak), Arabic (Read) : Desired
- MS Office: Excellent in use of MS Word and MS Excel
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize papers and files
- Maintain meeting schedule of the General Manager
- Draft letters and per dictation / content provided by the General Manager
- Draft and send email
- Maintain email record, print and file important mails
- Visit MOI sites for visa tracking and printing
- Visit QVC site to book medical appointment and track documents
- Perform genral office admin activities
