URGENTLY REQUIRED INDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE

A WELL REPUTED SIGNAGE COMPANY IN MUSCAT IS LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONAL INDOOR SALES EXCUTIVE.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand customers’ needs by listening carefully and asking the right questions.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products or services.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately and on time.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, or WhatsApp to close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or operations team for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Keep track of daily sales activities and update records in the system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Handle customer complaints politely and find suitable solutions.
• Stay updated about product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
• Support the outdoor sales team whenever required.
