The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $287,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Urogynecologist to join our established Women’s Health program at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Southern New Hampshire. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a collaborative, community-based environment with the resources and support of a nationally recognized health system.

This role offers the opportunity to practice within a collaborative, multidisciplinary women’s health team in a growing community setting.

Provide comprehensive medical and surgical management of pelvic floor disorders including:

  • Urodynamic testing (in-office)
  • Pessary management
  • Hysterectomy procedures
  • TVT and TOT procedures
  • Mesh placement
  • Prolapse repairs

  • Anterior and posterior repairs

With a strong built-in referral base and access to modern surgical facilities, including three Davinci robotic systems, ci robotic systems, you will maintain a robust procedural practice while expanding access to specialized women’s pelvic health services in the community.

You will join a multidisciplinary Women’s Health team that prioritizes collegiality, support, and coordinated patient care. The program includes 8 full-time OB/GYN physicians, 2 gynecology-only physicians, 21 Certified Nurse Midwives, 9 APPs and support staff. This established structure provides reliable internal referrals, shared expertise and a team-based approach to complex patient care. The collaborative environment allows you to focus on high-quality clinical work while benefiting from experienced operational and clinical support.

  • Fellowship training in Urogynecology
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire
