We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Urologist to join our medical team. The Urologist will diagnose, treat, and manage patients with urological disorders, including conditions of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical and surgical skills, strong communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat disorders related to the kidneys, bladder, urethra, prostate, and male reproductive organs.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as urinalysis, imaging, cystoscopy, and urodynamic studies.
- Provide surgical and non-surgical treatments, including procedures like vasectomies, prostate surgeries, and kidney stone removals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including oncologists, nephrologists, and primary care physicians.
- Counsel patients on urological health, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
- Stay current with advancements in urological treatments, technologies, and procedures.
- May participate in clinical research and teaching (if applicable).
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or MCH degree.
- Completion of an accredited residency in Urology.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Urology.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state or region.
- Excellent diagnostic, surgical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
