autonomy, high earnings, and a partnership track within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.
The incoming physician will enjoy a strong internal referral base, access to modern facilities, and a balanced schedule that allows for both professional growth and quality of life.
Position Highlights- Base Salary: $575,000+ with incentive bonus
- Bonus: 25% of Net Income above $1,150,000 NPR
- Commencement Bonus: $20,000
- Relocation Assistance: $15,000
- Fellowship Stipend: Eligible
- Partnership Eligibility: After 2 years ($30K buy-in includes ASC ownership)
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
- Surgery Block Time: 1 1.5 days per week at affiliated hospital; 2 days per month at ASC
- Clinic Volume: patients per day
- Call Schedule: Evenly rotated among 1 physician and 2 APPs
- Physician: 12 days/month of clinic call
- APP : 12 days/month
- APP : 6 days/month
- Paid Call: $900/day for service call
- Privileges: Hospital and ASC affiliations available
Position Scope & Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive urologic care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery
- Manage conditions such as urinary incontinence, prostate cancer, BPH, erectile dysfunction, and urologic oncology
- Perform in-office procedures including vasectomies and urodynamics
- Collaborate with medical oncology, radiation oncology, urogynecology, and radiology teams
- Utilize Epic or Cerner EMR systems efficiently
- Participate in ASC-based procedures and shared profit model
Compensation Model Year 1: Guaranteed Base (biweekly)
Year 2: Base or monthly draw (based on previous month s NPR)
Year 3+: Partner Straight P&L model with ASC profit participation
ASC Profit Sharing Overview (Effective 2025) To qualify, physicians must meet CMS 1/3 Rule criteria:
- 1/3 of income from ASC-eligible procedures
- 1/3 of those procedures performed in the ASC setting
- 12 months of ASC productivity required for eligibility
Profit Distribution Example:- 20% of ASC profits go to the partnership
- 80% distributed to qualified proceduralists
- 1/3 divided equally among participants
- 2/3 distributed by total surgical WRVUs
