US Carrier Sales Specialist (Expert)

DB Global Logistics is looking for a professional, confident and customer-focused Carrier Sales Specialist to join our growing US logistics team. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, great communicators, and comfortable working with clients and carriers.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound sales calls to carriers and clients
• Build customer relationships and provide high-quality service
• Negotiate rates, book loads, and coordinate dispatch operations
• Track shipments and update customers in real time
• Maintain accurate CRM records

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Comfortable with sales and phone conversations
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Prior experience in dispatch, sales, customer service, logistics, trucking or freight is a plus
• Basic computer skills
