US Freight Broker/ US Logistics Broker (India Night Shift)

We are hiring an freshers/experienced and highly motivated US Freight Brokers in India to manage end-to-end US domestic freight operations. The role involves working directly with US carriers and shippers, negotiating rates, managing dispatch, and driving margin growth across US freight lanes.Key Responsibilities

• Manage US domestic freight
• Source and onboard US carriers using DAT Power, Truckstop, Carrier411
• Negotiate spot and contract rates with US carriers
• Dispatch, track, and manage shipments across US lanes
• Communicate with US customers and carriers during US business hours
• Resolve detention, layover, TONU, and service issues
• Maintain accurate shipment and billing data in TMS
• Meet volume, margin, and service KPIs

Required Skills & Qualification

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Willingness to work night shifts (US time zones)
• Strong negotiation and multitasking skills
