Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Freight Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in US logistics, with the ability to build shipper/carrier relationships and generate consistent sales. This role requires strong negotiation skills, industry knowledge, and a self-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and customers.
• Source, negotiate, and secure profitable freight deals.
• Manage end-to-end coordination of shipments (pickup, tracking, delivery).
• Utilize load boards, TMS, and carrier databases effectively.
• Ensure compliance with US logistics regulations and documentation.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales/revenue targets.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in US Freight Brokerage (sales or operations).
• Strong network of shippers and carriers (preferred).
• Knowledge of FTL, LTL, Drayage, Intermodal, Reefer, Flatbed freight.
• Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, 123Loadboard, etc.) and TMS systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in US time zones.

Compensation:

• Commission-based / Salary + Incentives (depending on company policy).
• High earning potential for proven performers.
