US Healthcare Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals across various healthcare facilities in the United States. This role requires strong knowledge of the US healthcare staffing industry, compliance requirements, and recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit healthcare professionals including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Physicians, Allied Health professionals, and other clinical/non-clinical staff.
  • Utilize job boards such as Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Verify licenses, certifications, and credentials as per US healthcare compliance standards.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and staffing guidelines.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment or healthcare staffing.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare roles and licensing requirements.
  • Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for travel nurses or contract healthcare positions.
  • Knowledge of US healthcare compliance standards (Joint Commission, HIPAA).
  • Experience working with VMS/MSP clients.
  • Prior experience in offshore recruitment (if applicable).
