US HR Contracts Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented US HR Contracts Executive with strong knowledge of HR contracts, onboarding documentation, tax terms, and compliance. The role requires handling background checks, employee document collection, and ensuring smooth onboarding in line with company policies and US labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts and agreements.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain all required employee documents during onboarding.
  • Conduct pre-employment background checks and verification processes.
  • Ensure proper filing and secure maintenance of HR and compliance-related documents.
  • Manage onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with US HR policies and labor laws.
  • Handle and track tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) for employees and consultants.
  • Collaborate with payroll, legal, and compliance teams to ensure accuracy of employment contracts and records.
  • Support internal audits, HR compliance initiatives, and policy enforcement.
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, contracts, and onboarding requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in US HR contracts and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of US HR policies, employment compliance, and labor laws.
  • Experience in employee onboarding and documentation collection.
  • Familiarity with tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in US staffing or IT consulting.
  • Knowledge of immigration-related documentation (H1B, OPT, GC) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
