Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter with up to 2 years of experience in the US staffing industry. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT consultants for various US client requirements, supporting both Contract and Full-Time hiring needs.
This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow in US IT recruitment and build strong delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Screening
- Source IT consultants using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, experience, availability, and rate expectations.
- Understand client requirements and match candidates accordingly.
Submission & Interview Coordination
- Prepare and submit quality profiles to clients/vendors within defined TATs.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, including scheduling and follow-ups.
- Support candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.
Candidate Management
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Build long-term relationships with consultants (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Ensure candidates are updated on submission status, interviews, and feedback.
Compliance & Documentation
- Collect and verify required documentation (Resume, Visa, ID, references, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with US staffing guidelines and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to fulfill requirements.
- Provide daily/weekly recruitment status updates.
- Meet submission, interview, and closure targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Basic understanding of US staffing processes and hiring models (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Familiarity with common visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in US time zones if required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on Contract and Contract-to-Hire requirements.
- Exposure to ATS/CRM tools and job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
- Knowledge of IT skill sets such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, Data, Cloud, QA, DevOps, etc.

- Daily sourcing and submission targets.
- Interview conversion ratio.
- Offer and placement closures.
- Candidate retention and compliance accuracy.
