Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for clients across the United States. The recruiter will work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles and handle the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely submission of quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
  • Work on various tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), internal database, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.
  • Validate candidate experience, visa status, availability, and compensation.
  • Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.
  • Negotiate pay rates/salary and finalize offers.
  • Maintain candidate records and update ATS regularly.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
  • Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in US IT Recruitment.
  • Good understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, etc.).
  • Familiarity with US time zones and hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
  • Experience working with VMS/MSP clients is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–5+ years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
