Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter (Technical Recruiter – US Staffing) with strong expertise in full-cycle technical recruitment for the US market.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time employment models, a solid understanding of US visa classifications and compliance requirements, and strong sourcing expertise using platforms such as Dice and LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, including advanced Boolean search techniques.
This role requires someone who understands the urgency, compliance standards, vendor structures, and competitiveness of the US staffing industry.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–4+ years of proven experience in IT resource placements for US and/or Canada
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on US IT full-cycle recruitment experience (Required)
- Must have experience hiring IT positions for US or Canada clients
- Experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, and vendor layers
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Source candidates via Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, Monster, CareerBuilder, networking, referrals, and other platforms
- Build and execute advanced Boolean search strings
- Screen candidates for technical expertise, visa status and work authorization, relocation flexibility, and rate expectations
- Work across contract types: W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), 1099, and Full-Time placements
- Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and contract terms
- Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups with clients and candidates
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and update ATS regularly
- Ensure compliance with US employment regulations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting agencies
- Achieve strong and consistent position closing rates
