Education and Experience Requirements:

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2 – 4 years of proven experience in IT resources placements in US and Canada.

Skills Required:

• Must have hired IT positions for US or Canada clients.
• Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to impress both clients and candidates.
• Proficiency in using ATS and job boards to streamline the recruitment process.
• Familiarity with various tax terms, visa types, and US work authorizations.
• US full cycle recruitment experience.
• Posting job openings on various job boards, social media platforms.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals.
• Ability to assess candidates' technical skills. Capability to negotiate salaries, rates, and contract terms.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting agencies.
• Successful position closing rate.

Location: Onsite- DHA Phase 8 - Ex Park View, Lahore.

Job timings: PAK TIME: 6:30PM to 3:30AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• US or Canada full cycle Recruitment: 2 years (Required)
