US IT Recruitment & Business Development Intern (Remote)

• Shift: US EST (Night Shift – India Time)
• Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruitment & Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to US staffing, candidate sourcing, client coordination, and business development activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in building a career in HR, recruitment, or international staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing IT candidates from job portals and LinkedIn
• Screening resumes and conducting initial HR calls
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Supporting business development activities
• Assisting in lead generation and client communication
• Working closely with the recruitment team in US EST shift

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage)
• Interest in US IT Recruitment and Business Development
• Comfortable working in US EST shift
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Candidates:

• MBA (HR) / Graduates / Freshers interested in recruitment
• Candidates looking to start a career in US Staffing
