Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements.
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for US IT roles using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.).
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contractual and Full-Time (FTE) positions.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Update and manage candidate data using ATS and other recruitment tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter / US IT Recruiter.
- Strong hands-on experience in Contractual and Full-Time hiring.
- Good understanding of technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools like Dice.
