US IT Technical Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements.
  • Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for US IT roles using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.).
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contractual and Full-Time (FTE) positions.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Update and manage candidate data using ATS and other recruitment tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter / US IT Recruiter.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Contractual and Full-Time hiring.
  • Good understanding of technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools like Dice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
