Job Overview:

As a Fresher Locum Tenens Recruiter at LanceSoft, you will support the recruitment process for temporary healthcare positions (locum tenens, doctors majorly) across various specialties in the United States. You will work closely with senior recruiters, healthcare professionals, and US-based healthcare facilities to fill short-term staffing gaps in hospitals, clinics, and private practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms to find qualified locum tenens healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and allied healthcare workers.
• Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications, credentials, and experience.
• Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and US-based healthcare providers. Ensure the interview process runs smoothly and professionally.
• Documentation and Compliance: Verify candidates' medical licenses, certifications, and other necessary documents to ensure compliance with US healthcare standards and regulations.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with US healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and help fill temporary staffing requirements in various healthcare specialties.
• Candidate Management: Manage candidate pipelines and keep detailed records of communication, feedback, and progress. Provide exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through placement.
• Onboarding: Assist in onboarding processes, including preparing contracts, assisting with credentialing, and ensuring that the candidate is ready for placement.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with locum tenens staffing trends and best practices to ensure LanceSoft remains competitive in the marketplace.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Any graduate (preferably in HR, Life Sciences, or Management).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable using job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn), and other online recruitment tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience: No prior experience required freshers are welcome! A keen interest in recruitment, healthcare, and the US medical system is highly desirable.
• Preferred: Any knowledge of healthcare or medical recruitment, especially locum tenens, is a plus but not mandatory.
